PILOT Group Information Security Policy

The PILOT Group ("the Group") recognizes the important of information management and is committed to protecting information assets from threats including unauthorized access, information leaks and system failures while ensuring appropriate handling and security.

  1. The Group applies this policy to all information assets held by Group companies specified as applicable.
  2. The Group will allocate the management resources needed to ensure information security, build the framework needed to implement appropriate measures, and strive to raise the level of information security by enhancing the security literacy of the personnel involved with those measures.
  3. The Group will establish internal regulations based on this policy in an effort to ensure the appropriate management and operation of information assets.
  4. The Group will implement appropriate information security measures to prevent unauthorized access, destruction, information leaks, falsification and other incidents involving information assets.
  5. The Group will disseminate information about the need to ensure information security and detailed compliance requirements to all officers and employees that use information assets, and provide them with training on information security.
  6. The Group will observe laws and regulations, government-issued guidelines and other social norms related to information security.
  7. The Group will monitor the status of the initiatives described above and continuously make improvements and take corrective action as needed.
