In each region where our offices and production bases are located, we are making various efforts to contribute to the development of the region and to become a company that is loved by local residents.
Work experience / Plant tour
Plant tours conducted by PILOT and Group company production plants help us communicate with local people and customers as well as deepen their understanding of the Company.
In addition, we cooperate with local schools to give students work experience at our plants. When children, who will be responsible for the future, see where writing instruments are made, they learn about our company and feel closer to us. At the same time, they get opportunities to think about their dreams for the future.
Currently, plant tours are limited to schools in areas near our plants.
Participation in local events
The PILOT Group actively supports and participates in regional and local events, cleanups, and landscape preservation activities in the areas where our offices and plants are located. We strive to coexist with local communities by developing and improving local communities and by valuing the bonds between them.
